A Thought on the Christian Faith
Throughout the world, especially in Communist and Muslim nations, Christians are persecuted for their faith. And, as often as we get the chance, we persecute each other.

Persecuting each other - or attempting to - has been a Christian tradition since before the Battle of the Milvian Bridge and the factionalism goes back one could argue to the Council of Jerusalem mentioned in Acts. I personally wonder how many martyrdoms pre-Constantine resulted from rival Christian factions informing on each other to the proconsul.

You know, I'd never thought of that, but it makes a good deal of sense.
